This wouldn’t be possible if we didn’t have a talented, close-knit team within our own business. Some of our team members have worked together for more than 16 years, and when new colleagues join us, we recruit on the basis of attitude, experience and technical ability – in that order. After all, the most technically-capable candidate would be of limited value to us, if they couldn’t effectively communicate with our customers.
