You can respond with a quick, pre-prepared message, letting the caller know you’ll get back to them.
With a selection of quick responses already loaded, it ensures that far fewer calls have zero engagement, leaving the caller with the reassurance that you have seen their call, and an indication of when you will call them back.
Crucially, it can enable Damien to determine whether the call is URGENT without interrupting his meeting, and it can also ensure that he is prepared for any topic prior to returning the call.
