What I do at Q2Q:

I’m a 1st Line Technical Support Engineer here at Q2Q, which means resolving a range of technical problems, from the day-to-day to the more complex. I also enjoy visiting client sites, where I can keep building rapport and carry out any onsite engineering that’s needed.

Background and Achievements

I started my IT journey with a 2:1 in Computer Networks & Cyber Security from Northumbria University. I then took an IT Technician role at a charity in Cumbria, which honed the raw IT skills I learned at university.
