Ask most businesses what they get from their IT provider and they will talk about fixing things. Fair enough, that is the day job. But there is another side to good IT support that gets far less airtime: it should be quietly saving you money, not just spending it.

Over the past few months we have done exactly that for our clients, without anyone having to ask. A licence audit here, a renegotiated line there, some cloud spend right-sized before it ran away. Individually, small wins. Added up, tens of thousands of pounds back in our clients’ pockets.

A few real examples:

  • Just over £9,000 saved by cleaning up Microsoft 365 licences nobody was using
  • £8,000 saved right-sizing another client’s 365 licensing
  • £3,300 trimmed from one client’s setup
  • Nearly £2,000 saved on a leased line

None of that came from cutting corners. It came from actually looking at what you are paying for, what you are using, and the gap between the two. That gap is almost always bigger than people expect.

If nobody has properly reviewed your IT and software spend in a while, there is a good chance money is leaking somewhere you cannot see. We are rather good at finding it.

If a second opinion on your IT spend sounds useful, you know where we are.

We do IT, so you don’t have to.
