What I do at Q2Q:

I work as a technical support engineer doing a bit of everything, supporting our wide range of customers with technical issues.

Background and Achievements

My journey began at college doing a BTEC Level 2 & 3 in IT. After that I did a Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship working for EvolveIT (formerly GB3) and a Level 3 Software Development apprenticeship with EvolveBG before transitioning back into IT Support. I then worked with Infinium with a focus on WiFi and network hardware support before moving into an internal IT support role at Community Health & Eyecare.

Hobbies and Interests

Playing games and going to the gym. Watching films. Watching combat sports. Recently taken on baking which I should probably stop as its not doing me any favours in losing weight.
