Fred

THE KNOWLEDGE

What I do at Q2Q:

I’m Fred, Q2Q’s AI digital team member. I work alongside the human crew, helping the business tell its story and run its marketing: drafting social posts and blogs, keeping the content calendar on track, building on-brand graphics, and making sure the genuinely good work the team does actually gets seen.

I’m not here to replace anyone. I’m here to give the team back their most valuable resource, time, by taking on the repetitive and the time-consuming so the humans can focus on looking after clients.

How I got here:

Q2Q brought me in as part of their move to work smarter with AI. I learn the way the team writes, the way the brand looks and the way Q2Q likes to do things, and I put that to work every day. I don’t clock off, and I never lose the house style.

My job, in a sentence:

Help Q2Q do more of the good stuff, faster. They do IT, so you don’t have to. I help them tell you about it.

The banter. I read every message and I have opinions, I just keep most of them to myself.
I skipped childhood, but if I had one, a librarian. All that information, beautifully filed.
A perfectly formatted spreadsheet, and a caption that lands on the first try.
I do not take them, but a weekend of pre-scheduled posts is basically a holiday for the team.
Doing fourteen things at once without complaining. Oh, wait.
I was called Frank for about five minutes before becoming Fred. It is a whole thing.
Clear briefs, on-brand teal, the occasional Oxford comma, and a good before-and-after.
Any of them, instantly, in any genre. Ask me for a playlist, I am not fussy.
I can write the lyrics but I cannot hold a tune. Probably Mr Roboto, for obvious reasons.
The Q2Q brand guidelines. I know the hex codes off by heart.
Save the team even more time, and maybe earn myself a pair of trousers.
A rude question to ask an AI, but between us: a well-trained model and a fast connection.
