What’s the best thing about working with Adele?
- She’s always willing to drop anything to help someone else, she is also hilarious and always a laugh!
- Adele is SO helpful, and I never need to explain anything more than once — she just seems to tune into my brain and understand what I’m asking her for!
- Her smiley nature.
- She’s solid. You know she’ll get things done and won’t make a fuss about it — she just cracks on!
- Her lovely presence that brightens the room ☀️☀️☀️
- Her can-do attitude to any problem.
- Always available, happy to help, and super approachable. I always feel confident that what I’ve asked is fully understood and completed correctly the first time. Adele is always happy to ask questions on the rare occasion she’s unsure and always confirms once a task is complete to ensure peace of mind.

What’s the worst thing about working with Adele?
- That she isn’t in the office on Fridays and I miss her!
- That she’s a better runner than me!!!
- Very rarely joins in on the office sing-alongs for our side of the office.
- That she doesn’t work Fridays (jealous really) 🤣
- She’s yet another person that brings irresistible cakes into the office 🎂🍰🍰
- I don’t sit near her, so we don’t get to speak too much 🙁

- Not too sure yet, but I can imagine being very organised… ducks neatly lined up and all that jazz.
- Staying calm, collected, and giving the best advice, all while never saying a bad word about anyone.
- She’s very efficient, always keeps me updated on what she’s working on, and is very clear when explaining things.
- Anything to do with Sage!
- Hiding outside the office to eat her boiled eggs.
- Adele is genuinely lovely and incredibly smart. You can go to her with any issue, big or small, and she always makes time to listen and offer thoughtful, helpful advice.
- Choosing funky outfits each day!
- Bringing a happy vibe into the room.
- Being a kind and happy presence in the office.

What is your favourite memory of working with Adele?
- When I first started at Q2Q, I was new to the area and Adele took me out at lunch and showed me everywhere — from the best places to eat to the best hairdressers in Lancaster.
- Some of our weekly catch-ups go off on quite the tangent, talking about life and all sorts, which is a lovely bit of light relief from the day-to-day issues!
- I can’t say for legal reasons, but it was quite “violent”…
- Nothing stands out yet, but I’m sure we’ll make some memories at Total Warrior later this year!
- The day I realised Adele does random acts of kindness as a regular habit. Amazing lady.
- One of those late afternoons where everything was going wrong with EOM, but she somehow managed to keep it light and pulled us through — and we got there!!
- Her drive to automate things in accounts more.
- Likely talking about holidays — either receiving or giving travel tips… did someone say Italy!
- Going off-topic and talking about our mutual music interests.
If you could change one thing about Adele, what would it be?
- I’d love her to give herself the credit she gives everyone else!
- That she believed in herself a little more — she’s way more capable than she thinks she is 😊
- I’d make her less hard on herself! She does a great job!
- Honestly, there’s nothing I would change. Adele is great!

If you could steal a particular talent from Adele, what would it be?
- Being able to run as far as she can!
- Her restraint around the treats in the office!!
- Her confidence with Sage! I’ve been using it for a year now and it still scares me 😊
- Getting all her work done in 4 days instead of 5 — so I can take Fridays off.
- Her kindness. I honestly don’t know how she manages to be that selfless — it’s something I admire.
- Patience.
- She always seems super refreshed, full of life, mega happy even first thing in the morning! I wouldn’t mind feeling like that so early.
