Gosh so much to say here… honestly I feel like I have won the lottery working here! The working culture is so unique… I have been lucky enough to be employed for over 40 years and can honestly say that Q2Q is a very unique, inclusive, supportive and fab place to work, the focus is on teamwork and everyone pulling together making the working environment a pleasure to be a part of. Everyone is genuinely lovely, supportive and super conscientious, creating a happy atmosphere, and even when the proverbial hits the fan, it’s a very supportive and genuinely fab place to work. A special mention to the boss for creating such a fab working culture and ensuring that looking after her team is one of her key priorities. I can’t not mention rock DJ in the corner who brightens up the day with his unique sounds and songs sung everyday 😊 ( OK you can get the sick bucket out now.)
