What I do at Q2Q:
My role as Helpdesk Supervisor, is to organise the support team to ensure all our customers’ needs and tickets are resolved quickly and professionally, site visits are structured and successful and hardware is purchased in a timely manner and set up effectively.
Whether I am answering the phone, sending emails or logging support tickets on behalf of our customers, I always find time to ensure our customers are happy, and that we are keeping them up to date with the progress of their issue.
Background and Achievements
I studied Accounting and Finance at Lancaster University whilst working part-time for Q2Q and went on to work as a Purchase Ledger for an international consulting company for a year, before returning home to Q2Q working the accounts part-time.
Hobbies and Interests
I have two children so a lot of playdates and cartoons! I love to bake over-the-top celebration cakes for friends and family and enjoy a cocktail and meal out every now and then!
