As helpdesk supervisor, my face and voice are likely the first ones you’ll see and hear when contacting Q2Q.
From organising the support team – ensuring all our customers’ needs and tickets are resolved quickly and professionally – to ordering and sending hardware to clients, my position is very varied and no one day is the same.
I’m also involved in assisting with the smooth day-to-day operations of the business – booking events and helping our MD Lorna.
Background and Achievements
I joined Q2Q earlier this year after 32 years in Estate Agency and Customer Service, I became an Estate Agent at the early age of 19 and loved it instantly. The main part of my role was facilitating the sale and purchase of properties, ensuring that customers received all the help and support required in a timely manner, and hopefully make the experience a memorable one for them. This aspect continues at Q2Q, and whilst this is now a very different role the outcome is the same; to provide an excellent customer service experience.
