JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
What I do at Q2Q:
I’m the newest member of the Q2Q team starting as a Junior Tech. I am learning from the guys here and gathering all the experience I can. I am answering calls and resolving tickets where I feel confident whilst absorbing as much knowledge as I can.
Background and Achievements
I started off my career as an IT Technician Apprentice for 2 and a half years at Lancaster and Morecambe College which exposed me to a variety of different challenges in various areas of IT. Upon completion I received my Level 2 and Level 3 IT Application Specialist NVQ.
I also have experience with phone repair as I worked in a phone repair job for 2 years and gained a lot of experience and knowledge.
Hobbies and Interests
I love gaming, especially competitive gaming. I have played Counter-Strike now for almost 7 years and still love playing it to this day. I have also discovered a love for racing in the last couple of years. I now religiously watch the Formula 1 and am massively into Sim Racing. I Sim Race on my setup that I have at home, and I also love to go to the go kart track with my friends and see what lap times we can get!
