What I do at Q2Q:

My role is – Helpdesk Co-ordinator. I am normally the first person you speak to when you ring up and the one who gets your tickets to the right person. I will make sure the issue gets resolved as quickly as possible. It’s my responsibility to purchase the hardware and software for our clients and to make sure that they are happy with the products they receive.
