The Q2Q support commitment

We believe our clients should be given support for the services we provide.

At Q2Q we offer support via email and telephone:

  • Office telephone support 8am-6pm Mon to Fri
  • Out of hours calls to mobile until 8pm
  • Mobile telephone support weekends and holidays
  • Answer machine checked regularly in busy times
  • Email address sends help email to all Q2Q staff
  • First response after initial call within 2 hours
  • Majority of calls aimed to be fixed within 4 hours
  • Dial-in facility to users machine to aid resolving problems
  • Log calls to 3rd parties on your behalf and trace problem through giving regular updates
  • On-site visits where necessary
