The Q2Q support commitment
We believe our clients should be given support for the services we provide.
At Q2Q we offer support via email and telephone:
- Office telephone support 8am-6pm Mon to Fri
- Out of hours calls to mobile until 8pm
- Mobile telephone support weekends and holidays
- Answer machine checked regularly in busy times
- Email address sends help email to all Q2Q staff
- First response after initial call within 2 hours
- Majority of calls aimed to be fixed within 4 hours
- Dial-in facility to users machine to aid resolving problems
- Log calls to 3rd parties on your behalf and trace problem through giving regular updates
- On-site visits where necessary
