What levels of support can Q2Q provide?

Q2Q provides the following levels of support:

Standard Support:

Help Desk and Email support
Monday - Friday : 8am-6pm

How does Remote Control Access work?

A small program is downloaded and installed onto your machine, which will give us the ability to dial into your computer and troubleshoot your problem directly.

Contract customers will have VPN (Virtual Private Network) Access.

Will I need Q2Q to attend site?

Most issues can be resolved through our remote control desk without the need for a service engineer to visit.

Can Q2Q provide internet connectivity?

Q2Q is not an ISP but we can recommend or work with any ISP that you choose.

How secure is my PC when remote access is enabled?

VPN uses Point-to-Point Tunnelling Protocol (PPTP) to establish a connection between Q2Q and your PC. This is a secure connection and all data transfers are encrypted for security.

How qualified are Q2Q Support Engineers?

Our Support Engineers are trained to MCSE and MCSD level and are members of the British Computer Society.
