Viyella Ladies Wear
Q2Q has managed Viyella's IT requirements since June 2004. Initially this involved the replacement of their EPOS system in 160 stores and the introduction of a new warehouse management system.

In June 2004 Q2Q took on responsibility for Viyella's IT requirements, following the separation of its back office functions from Jaeger.
Part of this separation involved the replacement of the EPOS system in 160 stores within a six-week period. Q2Q provided the support for this task as well as the central polling and store communication systems.
Q2Q also installed RAWHIDE, their Warehouse Management System, as a replacement for the existing shared system that Viyella had been using. The migration of the system, including both financial and operational systems as well as the transition of warehousing, was accomplished within three months.
